How does the house selling process work?
Fill out our home seller questionnaire form on the website or give us a call at 719-200-7330. We will call you back within 24 hours to schedule an appointment to come see your house. After gathering some information and evaluating your house we will be able to make a firm written offer within 24 hours. Once the offer is accepted, we can usually close on the date that you choose.
How soon do I have to move out once I accept your offer?
That is up to you. During the negotiation process we will try to establish a date that is acceptable to both parties. In most cases you will have plenty of time to move out of your house and find another residence.
How do I know you will do what you say, once we have an agreement?
We have made over a 100 of these types of agreements in the past 12 years. We believe that integrity and honesty are the Golden Rule. We are up front and honest in all our dealings. It is our goal to honor all our agreements no matter what.
Do I have to fix up my house or make any repairs?
No. We will buy your house “as is” with no need to do any fix-up or repair. We have people who fix our houses for us.
Are you one of those low ball real estate investors?
Our company policy is to establish a win-win situation for both parties. We are investors and we have to make money. However, we are NOT trying to steal houses either. We will make the best possible offer that we can. There is usually room for negotiation before reaching an agreement.
Can you still buy my house when a tenant is living there?
Yes! We can make you an offer even if there is a tenant living in the house.
Will I have to pay any fees to sell my house?
Maybe. When our company buys houses the seller typically pays part of the closing costs. However, if you house meets our buying critea, in most cases our company will pay the closing costs.
Is there anyone I can contact to see if you are who you say you are?

Who does all the paperwork, and how does it work?
We do! All our paperwork has been reviewed and OK’d by two Colorado State attorneys and in most cases a title company will handle all closing documents.
I have no or little equity in my house can you still buy it?
The answer is, maybe. In some cases, we can buy houses with little or no equity. If we are not able to make you an acceptable offer, we can put you in contact with another professional on our team. We have many options to help you sell your house.
What if we are behind on payments?
Being behind on payments or even if the foreclosure process is imminent or even if the process has already begun, we can still buy your house. We can help by paying the back payments and in most cases, we will be able to stop the foreclosure process.
