Life changing events can sometimes dictate a change in location. Two common ones are job relocation and military relocation. Not all companies help when relocation is required.

Military people have allowances for housing but not for selling a house when relocating. Realtors can sell a house when you have time and you are not under financial pressure.

In some cases, time is not a luxury that all people can afford. Also covering the cost of two residences after a move is difficult in the best of circumstances. Real estate investors can buy quickly and without a lot of hassle. Paying cash is the best way to solve this problem.

Sometimes creative financing is in order when a house has very little equity. Either way, a real estate investor can close quick to relive the time constraints and the financial burdens associated with job relocation.

Below is our Infographic on the costs associated with relocating.
