Summer is here and the market is HOT!
Spring is almost over, summer is around the corner, and, it’s a Hot Hot market for investors.
With existing home sales in April down 3.3 %, and low inventory, it has become a seller’s market.
New home sales are ramping up but not in time to keep up with buyer demand. Home rehabbers, rent to own, and owner finance investors such as myself, are seeing less than 30 days on market. Multiple offers, and offers over full price are becoming more and more common.
Although properties are becoming harder to find, there are still plenty of opportunities out there if you know where to find them.
It’s worth the effort! With the new seller’s market the rewards are greater and the profits are huge!
